About Our Practice
Ricky Building Designs delivers practical, compliant, and lifestyle‑focused residential design solutions across NSW. Our work is grounded in smart planning, clear communication, and a commitment to making the design and approval process straightforward for homeowners. From concept sketches to detailed documentation, we ensure every design is functional, cost‑aware, and ready for construction.
A Complete Design and Build Partnership
To ensure a smooth journey from concept to completion, construction is delivered through our in‑house licensed building company, AS_AJ Construction Pty Ltd. This gives clients access to both professional design and licensed building services within one unified, accountable process.
- Ricky Building Designs manages design, documentation, and approvals.
- AS_AJ Construction carries out all on‑site building works, construction management, compliance, and final handover.
By integrating design intent with construction delivery from the start, we reduce risk, improve buildability, shorten timelines, and maintain predictable budgets.
